Winning the E-EDR World Cup taught us a lot. And we put all that experience into the tune of Sixfinity which is optimized for the Bosch CX drive unit power traits and total system weight.
TUNABLE LEVERAGE.GET IT LIKE YOU LIKE IT.
With the LTe, you can adjust the Sixfinity progression rate to fine tune to your riding style and shock choice with the flip of a chip. Choose racy and consistent, balanced, or plush then poppy with more bottom-out resistance. In all settings, the linear shape of the LTe suspension rates will provide consistent, confidence-inspiring predictability
ACCELERATION RESPONSE:TUNED FOR FULL POWER E.
We tune the pedaling efficiency (anti-squat) of Sixfinity at sag to maintain the same efficiency seen with Switch Infinity. Because the LTe rocks such a powerful drive unit, we scale the anti-squat curve values lower than any other bike in our quiver. So it can be set free to fully flow. It feels simply insane.
DECELERATION RESPONSE:PREDICTABLE CONTROL.
We tune anti-rise to remain consistent throughout suspension travel with a linear curve. Why? The LTe’s linear anti-rise strikes the ideal balance between active suspension and geometry preservation when braking. It’s this trait – combined with the switching behavior of the acceleration response – that puts Sixfinity in a performance class all its own.
PRESERVED GEOADJUSTABILITY.
Running a mixed wheel set up with a 29er front wheel and 27.5 wheel in the back is easily adjusted with a flip chip. Geometry is fully retained, along with ride characteristics and ability to still adjust leverage rates.
PERFECT ALIGNMENT.MAXIMUM LONGEVITY.CRAZY SMOOTHNESS.
The LTe carries forward our World Cup winning, precision-machined shock linkage. Designed for perfect shock alignment, it also uses floating collet axles to further smooth the action, adding to that unreal LTe feel. Plus, it uses standard sized cartridge bearings to make service no big deal.
Sixfinity provides better alignment for improved bearing life and less service for the rider. Battle tested on the E-EDR World Cup, Sixfinity has proven to deliver world class reliability.
ACCELERATION RESPONSE: TUNED FOR E.
Our use of Vectran was pioneered on our Special Projects bikes, offering World Cup DH toughness.
The LTe carbon fiber frame is enhanced with Vectran plies, a high-performance multifilament like Kevlar offers exceptional impact resistance and contributes to overall strength. Key areas have added
protection including chainstays, seatstays, top-tube and downtube.
PROTECTIONFOR CLEAN LINKAGEAND IMPACT RESISTANCE
On the muddiest race days, the integrated rear fender keeps debris from impeding suspension movement of the Sixfinity Switch Link. To protect against rock strikes, the LTe features a downtube guard that doubles as an access door, facilitating battery swaps and service access to
internally routed cables.
Custom designed rubber chainstay and seatstay guards protect while silencing any chain slap.
